How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top navigation, provide your email and password, verify your email address, and complete the KYC verification process.

What documents are required for KYC?

Government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's license) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within last 3 months).

Is there a demo account?

Yes! All subscription plans include access to our demo trading environment with virtual funds for practice.

Do you have a mobile app?

Currently web platform only with full mobile responsiveness. Native mobile apps are in development.

How long does verification take?

Most verifications are completed within 24 hours. During peak times, it may take up to 4 business days.
